Cowes Sailability

Many people with disabilities on the Isle of Wight have had an exceptionally rewarding summer.  Through membership of Cowes Sailability Club and funding from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Community Foundation, they have had opportunities to take part in weekly sailing activities, enjoy exhilarating motorboat trips and even experience days out on a 36-foot wheelchair-accessible yacht.

SNG launches new support scheme with HIWCF for care leavers

SNG is match funding the organisation with a sum of £99,000 over three years after HIWCF successfully bid for an equal share from The Care Leaver Programme led by the UK Community Foundations and the Local Authorities’ Mutual Investment Trust (LAMIT), a shareholder of the UK’s biggest charities asset manager, CCLA.
