Improvements and innovation at HIWCF

This year has been a busy one for the team while we’ve been working hard to make huge improvements to our online application system alongside creating a brand new website.

The improvements made to our database were based on the very useful feedback you gave last year around streamlining grant applications and end of year impact reports. Our goal has very much been to make these processes easier so that you can focus on doing what you do best, and we hope you’ve found our changes effective.

We also hope you are enjoying the updates to our website where we are working hard to ensure you have all the information you need at your fingertips when you’re looking for information on our available grants. We want to make information as accessible as we can, which is why we’re trialling a new chat bot to give you immediate answers to your questions wherever possible. We hope you enjoy ‘chatting’ with us in this way as the bot will continue learning and be more effective with every question it receives, but please always feel able to email or to pick up the phone when you need to.
