Supporting communities on the Isle of Wight

HIWCF is dedicated to supporting the Isle of Wight’s vibrant communities – every year vital local projects are funded a total of up to £250,000, making HIWCF the largest independent charitable funder for the Isle of Wight. From helping grassroots charities and community groups tackle poverty and social isolation to supporting initiatives that boost skills, wellbeing, and community resilience, we’re proud to play a key role in driving positive change across the Island.

How you can help

Over the years, we’ve funded a wide range of life-changing projects from food banks and mental health support services to youth programmes and community hubs. But there’s so much more to do. We’re always keen to hear from local businesses, philanthropists and individuals who want to make a lasting difference on the Island by supporting our work. Together, we can ensure the Island’s communities continue to thrive now, and for generations to come.
